Alpine 4 Holdings (ALPP) Stock Corrects From The Peak: What Next?

There has not been any news about the Alpine 4 Holdings Inc (OTCMKTS:ALPP) stock in recent days and hence, it is not really a surprise that the stock has been trading within a range.

The company is known as one of the better-known owners and operators of small market businesses. Back on May 19 Alpine 4 announced that the company, as well as some of its shareholders, filed a lawsuit against Grizzly Research and Fin Capital at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

The company has alleged the two entities of securities fraud, tortious interference, and for spreading false information regarding Alpine as well as its employees with the view of stock price manipulation. In the lawsuit, it has been alleged that Grizzly published false information about the company on social media platforms in order to back up its short report. Fin Capital allegedly published information that was strikingly similar.
