Software developer and mobile application aggregating company AppSwarm Corp (OTCMKTS:SWRM) is in focus today after it announced that a global initiative to create a develop network related to the DogeLabs blockchain research project. The news seems to have come as a source of optimism for investors and the AppSwarm stock has gone up by 4% this morning.

In addition to that, DogeLabs also announced an initiative to developers from all across the globe to partner with AppSwarm in creating a decentralized network of Doge development teams spread all over the world.

These teams of developers are going to be involved in sharing ideas with each other and also provide the necessary support to applications based on Doge. These applications may be commercial or may also be meant for larger businesses. The teams will be operating under the control of their local jurisdictions but are going to be part of the wider DogeLabs network.
